Title: Racing Operations Associate

Employee Status: Regular Full Time

Work From Home Option: Hybrid - 2 Days/Week (40% Remote)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Overview:

Deliver operational, strategic and tactical customer insights that help drive NYRA Bets’ business strategy; Develop weekly and monthly reports that provide a 360-degree view of the NYRA Bet customer; Help define the customer value and lifecycle, identify campaign triggers, perform customer segmentation and suggest improvements to ensure relevant customer data is captured and accessible for analysis and inclusion into strategies that increase customer loyalty and wagering activity. Provide operational support of the ADW and Content Management lines of business. Ensure accuracy and perform daily quality assurance on the ADW desktop and mobile/app.

Essential Functions:

  • Analyze all published reports for credibility, consistency and adherence to established business processes and rules. Interpret results and offer summary insights, conclusions and recommendations as appropriate;
  • Perform day-to-day operations for NYRA Bets;
  • Leverage database(s) and provide reports on transaction activity;
  • Deliver recommendations and conclusions drawn from analyses of internal and external data sources;
  • Assist with ongoing fraud mitigation;
  • Serve as an expert in all customer-related ADW questions/concerns;
  • Perform daily tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Education (minimum): Bachelor's Required
  • Experience: 2+ years in a professional environment
  • Talent for developing strong working relationships both inside and outside of the organization;
  • Ability and preference to undertake action-oriented and self-motivated projects;
  • Sound communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Must be comfortable in a fluid and evolving organization;
  • Passionate about delivering a positive, consistent customer experience at all touch points;
  • Ability to Multi-task;
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and goals;
  • Excellent organization skills;
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge Required:
  • List the knowledge that is required to do the job? Include basic knowledge, e.g. principles of accounting, applied knowledge, e.g. bank reconciliation, and skills which are activities that require practice to become proficient, e.g. typing 50 wpm, conducting presentation

Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Primarily sedentary in nature as this is an office role.

Pay Range / Salary: $24.00-$29.20
