Job Overview:

The Manager, Digital Marketing NYRA Bets will play an integral role in NYRA Bets’ efforts to identify, develop, implement, maintain and grow its presence, acquire and retain customers across web, mobile, social platforms, television and apps and analyze effectiveness. This position will oversee digital analytics and content development for relevant properties. This person will also manage the retention efforts for current NYRA Bets customers.

Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director on strategic planning for NYRA Bets and platforms, with a focus on retention, digital growth, and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and own NYRA Bets’ organic social media strategy; write and schedule all content across platforms with support from the Content Producer and Creative Services. Manage real-time posting, racing coverage, promotions, and strategic initiatives. Track KPIs including engagement, reach, referral traffic, and follower growth.
  • Repackage racing content (analysis, expert picks, editorial) into marketing-focused executions across social, email, and web. Provide clear creative direction and manage asset requests from the Creative Team.
  • Plan, implement, and maintain daily website content via CMS (Wagtail). Responsible for publishing editorial, building promotional landing pages, updating racing content, improving UX, and driving organic traffic through SEO strategy and implementation.

Deploy and evaluate performance of email, push, Facebook custom audiences, in-app, and on-site notifications.
  • Partner with the Content Producer and NYRA TV team to ensure all NYRA Bets promotions and sponsorships are integrated across broadcast talent reads and graphics, with consistency across platforms.
  • Identify and introduce new technologies or platforms that support NYRA Bets’ growth and retention goals.

Experience with CRM platforms and digital tracking tools. Horse racing, online gaming, or sportsbook experience a plus.
